§The $10 Global Calling Card must be combined with another Tracfone Service Plan to work. International long distance service is available to select destinations only, which are subject to change at any time. Calls must originate from the US or Puerto Rico only. No international roaming allowed. Only for personal use. Calls are billed in one-minute increments. Airtime minutes will be deducted plus the cost of the International call. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Card benefits expires after 180 days of last use or 30 days after your service is suspended, whichever occursfirst.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

There has recently been fraudulent activity involving international calling to multiple destinations worldwide and for your protection, we are updating the International Calling process. From now on, you just have to enter an access code that will be sent to your mobile phone via text message to enable calls to the destination you are trying toreach.

For your convenience, the validation process will start as soon as you dial to the destination desired. Just follow these simplesteps:

After you hear the notification during your call, please press1
Enter the access code that will be sent to you via text message while you’re on thecall
Return to your keypad to enter the access code, then you will be connected to the destination you arecalling

TIPS

If the access code is not accepted, please try your call again to receive a new accesscode.
After you complete the validation process to that destination, you will not be required to follow the process again, unless you are trying to call to a different destination flagged with recent fraudactivity.
